This residence is located in a coastal area of Pelion and is developed on two levels, offering a direct connection to the natural landscape and the sea. The architectural approach was based on creating a contemporary living space, with emphasis on the timeless quality of the materials and the functional organization of both interior and exterior spaces.
Externally, the building is characterized by natural stone cladding and wooden frames, elements that harmoniously blend into the Mediterranean landscape and reflect the traditional architecture of Pelion. The choice of materials, colors, and proportions contributes to the building’s seamless integration into its surroundings, while the designed outdoor spaces enhance the potential for outdoor living.
Inside, clean lines, large open surfaces, and a balance between white, wood, and exposed concrete prevail. The layout ensures ergonomics and comfort, with the ground floor accommodating the social areas and the upper floor organizing the private zones. The continuous presence of natural light and the visual connections to the outdoors enhance the sense of spaciousness.
Special attention was given to the quality of materials and the microclimate, with choices that improve the building’s energy performance and ensure comfortable, contemporary living conditions throughout the year.
The result is a residence that combines traditional elements with contemporary architectural solutions, offering a serene and timeless living environment by the sea.
